Registration Procedure
We provide 1-1 consultation and group classes (workshop or webinar), the schedule will be available on the website. If you have filled out the booking form, we will also send you the Registration link shared via email.
Do I need a birth plan?
Each birth is a unique experience. A birth plan is a way to communicate with your healthcare provider about your wish and Preferences so that they can know you well. Birth plans aren’t mandatory, it is totally up to you.
Is it safe to exercise during pregnancy?
If you are healthy and your pregnancy is normal, it is safe to continue or start regular physical activity. Physical activity does not increase your risk of miscarriage, low birth weight, or early delivery.
Is one to one counselling available?
Yes. The scheduled class will be booked priorly according to the availability of the client and counsellor.
what happens in Prenatal/Childbirth education classes?
Prenatal/Childbirth education is an important component of supporting healthy pregnancies. We encourage you to join the class along with your partner or support person so that they can also be educated on how to support you during labour.
We discuss options for handling pain, you will practice methods such as breathing techniques, relaxation, and visualization for coping with contractions. Our classes are fun, sociable, and stress-free to guide you and your partner on labour, fitness, and early parenthood.
What’s the difference between a midwife and a doula?

Can I do Yoga during Pregnancy and Postpartum?
Yes. Yoga is a great exercise to do during pregnancy as it does not put too much strain on your joints. It has also been shown to reduce anxiety and to help women stay calm in pregnancy and labour.
Yoga focuses on recovery and restoration and can alleviate stress and depression after giving birth. You can start practicing yoga a few days to a few weeks after childbirth, depending on how your delivery went.
